Alyse Pait

Alyse is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and owner of Sante Counseling in North Carolina. She earned her graduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has dedicated her career to helping individuals, couples, families, and children navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness, and intention.

 Alyse's approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping people balance acceptance and change while building lives aligned with their values. She specializes in personality disorders, relationship and family concerns, and understanding the impact of mood on daily functioning. 

Outside the therapy office, Alyse enjoys beach days, spending time with family, true crime podcasts, reality TV, and discovering new music. She believes life is better with a great soundtrack.

Thom Elmore

Thom Elmore is a longtime leader in addiction recovery and nonprofit work, with over 30 years of experience helping people and communities navigate substance use and recovery. He recently wrapped up his role as CEO of the Addiction Recovery Care Association—better known as ARCA—where he spent more than a decade growing treatment programs and expanding access to care. 

Thom led The Fellowship Home in Winston-Salem for over 17 years, supporting individuals on their recovery journeys 

He’s a U.S. Navy veteran, a certified alcohol and drug counselor, and holds a PhD in Leadership Studies bringing real-world experience and deep expertise to the conversation.

Thom helped open a 99-bed treatment facility in 2024.

These days, he continues to mentor, advise, and stay active in the field, bringing practical insight, leadership perspective, and a real passion for helping people recover and thrive.
